I started Pilates classes with Ruth last year. Having tried it once before I suppose I was a bit sceptical about being able to grasp the technique and all of its benefits. I need not have worried as the classes are excellent, Ruth explains everything in a very descriptive way.
I actually understand and feel I have benefited immensely. My posture is so much better, I no longer have constant niggling neck and shoulder pain. Thank you Ruth, I look forward to Monday mornings!

My Pilates sessions have been so beneficial. I've had multiple sclerosis for many years. I feel so much more balanced since doing Pilates sessions for the last 6 weeks.
