Class information

Beginner/Improver  If you are new to Pilates or have some experience. Low level with challenges built in as experience, strength and confidence improve. 

Improver/Intermediate  If you are familiar to Pilates. Moderate level with challenges built in as experience, strength and confidence continue to improve. 

Older Adult  Pilates based exercise class for ladies and men. Mixed ability. Class work involves standing, seated and matwork. The ability to transfer to the floor with the use of a chair is required.  

Chair Based A Pilates based exercise class done in seated on a chair for ladies and men who find it difficult or do not have the ability to get down onto the floor to do exercise. 

Other Information
Classes and my teaching approach are designed from my clinical training and experience rather than just purely fitness based therefore are more specific and corrective in achieving your personal requirements and outcomes whatever they may be.

The use of small equipment such as; weighted balls, Pilates soft balls, resistance bands and the Pilates circle are used regularly in class sessions.

All classes are small, friendly, max of 10 for more individual attention. 

All equipment is provided but you are encouraged to bring your own mat where possible.

If you have had no prior experience in Pilates I advice a 1:1 session with me before commencing classes. Please contact me to arrange this.

Classes usually run in termly x6 or x8 week blocks.
Payment options for classes include: pay for block upfront of term (eg: x6 @ £60, x8 @ £80) or pay as you go @ £12
Seated Classes pay upfront for term (x6 @ £48, x8 @ £64) or pay as you go @ £10

I have currently ceased all my teaching and classes due to the Coronavirus situation until further notice.

Depending on which class you attend, I am currently sending out weekly programmes or exercise information for you to continue exercising at home.

I am now also able to provide online classes to you with APPI (my training body). If you are interested please contact me directly and I will provide the information required for access. 

I am still available for 1:1  & group online sessions, please contact for more information.
