My weekly classes are designed to be safe, supportive, and enjoyable, with exercises tailored to individual ability. Sessions provide the opportunity to build strength and confidence, while also enjoying the social aspect of moving and progressing together.

An online monthly subscription service via Vimeo is available to MATWORK, OLDER ADULT and CHAIR BASED CLASS RECORDINGS.
This service is available to all new, existing and previously trained clients.
